SH119 Ash tester for petroleum products
SH119 petroleum product ash tester is designed and manufactured according to GB/T508, GB/T2433, SH/T0067 standards. It is used for the determination of ash content of oil products and lubricating grease sulfate.
This instrument is suitable for the determination of ash content of petroleum products containing ash additives (including some additives containing phosphorus compounds), lubricating oil containing lead and used engine crankcase oil.
The instrument adopts a new ceramic furnace as a heating body, which is suitable for detecting the ash content of sulphates in lubricating oil containing additives and additive concentrates of blending lubricating oil.

1. The shell is made of steel plate by folding and welding, with electrostatic spraying on the surface. The heating element is made of high-quality silicon carbon rod, and the insulation material is made of high-quality aluminum silicate fiber.
